No returns are accepted.
Items may be sent back if damaged within 7 days for an exchange.
Please email returns@atreschicboutique.com or call 512-733-4250 for a return authorization.
All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and in saleable condition.
Special orders are considered non-refundable.
Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 48 hours of package arrival.
Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt.
In addition, if you have not picked up your items within 60 days of purchase we put the items back in our inventory. Refunds will not be issued if item was not picked up within 60 days as we have had to replace inventory purchased by customer.
AS OF OCTOBER 1st, 2008: Shipments are not guaranteed or insured unless customer chooses insurance. However, all orders OVER $20 will automatically be insured. All orders are shipped via USPS and do not having tracking numbers, just delivery confirmation numbers. They are scanned at pickup and then one more time once delivered. Their every location is not scanned or recorded. Tres Chic Boutique is not responsible for lost shipments caused by USPS unless insured.

Any hand-written checks returned will be penalized with a $25 return check fee plus the amount of the original check.
